REAL TIME – Equine assisted time ‘in’
A day to ‘get back into the real world’ – sessions in nature for busy people needing to shake off the city for a time. We focus on relaxed and enriching experiences in our beautiful bushland and pastures while sharing time with our herd of horses who are uniquely able to help you find new places of ease and insight. A unique combination of relaxation, mindfulness and equine-based experiences that go straight to the heart and mind.
Sessions can be offered 1 to 1 or in small groups and can be developed around themes such as leadership, communication, managing stress, cooperation/team spirit and vision/future setting.
Give your Self permission to just be. Pull on your jeans and take a break from always being ‘available’ – you’ll leave refreshed and more in touch than when you arrived.
Through a series of activities and times of stillness based on natural horsemanship philosophies and the principles of Equine Facilitated Learning, you will experience great ways to ‘get real’ again.
Let nature be your guide.
*No prior experience with horses necessary.
Facilitated by Lindy Schneider.
“We need the tonic of wildness…At the same time that we are earnest to explore and learn all things, we require that all things be mysterious and unexplorable, that land and sea be indefinitely wild, unsurveyed and unfathomed by us because unfathomable. We can never have enough of nature.”
― Henry David Thoreau, Walden: Or, Life in the Woods
